Express Yaya is an online service portal that seeks to connect households with helpers who provide services such as cooking, pet care, child care, house cleaning, laundry, and maid services, among others. The service includes a mobile application where households can find the assistance they require on a predetermined schedule and for an agreed-upon fee. Through partner agencies, helpers are able to create their own profiles, preserving the integrity and credibility of helpers and the services they provide. Express Yaya will provide services on both ends, connecting households with verified helpers, and seeks to establish a secure, yet accessible community where clients can book services whenever and wherever they need them.
