




This case study delves into the customer journey of parents seeking fresh and engaging experiences for their children. It aims to design a solution that not only guides these users but also immerses them in the unique offerings of the Skidee experience, all starting from the website’s homepage. To achieve this, I developed a prototype of the homepage and crafted a high-level user journey map. These deliverables were informed by an in-depth analysis of user behavior, focusing on how to effectively showcase the exciting experiences Skidee provides for children while emphasizing the value and reassurance it brings to parents.
